Who Are We?
Bhotan PEB Construction, formerly Bhutan PEB Engineering, was founded in 2021 by Mr. Deo Kumar Chhetri with a clear goal: to bring modern, affordable and safe building technology to Bhutan. Headquartered in Changzamtog, Thimphu, we are a CDB-registered large-class contractor and an approved channel partner and authorized dealer of Kingspan Jindal Pvt Ltd and Willus Infrastructure Pvt Ltd for PEB and LGSF solutions in Bhutan.
In just a few years, we have delivered hostels, schools, public terminals, cold storages, industrial complexes and homes for government agencies, institutions, corporations and families. Every building we deliver combines factory-built precision with the architectural character that makes Bhutan unique.

Our Team
Our strength is our people. Led by our Founder and CEO, Mr. Deo Kumar Chhetri, and our Executive Director, Bhotan PEB Construction brings together a skilled team of Bhutanese professionals, including an architect, civil and project engineers, site supervisors, TTI-trained technicians, and finance and administration staff. On site, our team works alongside an experienced PEB specialist team from India, combining local knowledge with proven technical expertise to deliver every project safely, on time and to the highest standard.
